Terms of Service – GallopGo Stables & Riding School

Welcome to GallopGo Stables & Riding School. By participating in our activities, using our facilities, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible experience for all clients and staff.
1. Safety Rules
Your safety and the well-being of our horses are our top priorities. All clients must adhere to the following rules:
Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.
Only closed shoes or boots are allowed; sandals and slippers are prohibited.
Always follow the guidance of your instructor.
No running, shouting, or sudden movements near the horses.
Mount and dismount only when instructed.
Maintain at least one horse length distance while riding.
Do not feed or touch horses without permission.
Report any discomfort, accidents, or loose equipment immediately.
Children must remain with an adult or instructor at all times.
Treat horses and fellow clients with calmness, kindness, and respect.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or termination of services.
2. Booking and Payments
- All lessons, rides, camps, or events must be booked in advance.
- Payments are required at the time of booking or as agreed per service.
- Prices may vary depending on service type, duration, and special requests.
3. Liability
GallopGo Stables provides professional instruction and guidance; however, horse riding is an inherently risky activity.
Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for personal safety.
GallopGo Stables is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage resulting from participation unless due to gross negligence.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for lessons or rides.
Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at management discretion.
5. Personal Conduct
Clients must behave respectfully towards staff, instructors, horses, and other clients.
Any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the facility.
6. Privacy
Client information is collected solely for bookings and communication purposes.

GallopGo Stables reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
